Pat’s Destin Condos are located at 3755 Scenic Hwy 98 (Beach Road) in Chateau La Mer II , a family oriented resort with affordable rates. The property is secluded on five beautifully landscaped acres. Visitors and residents are the only traffic on the property, making it a quiet, safe place to walk and play.
The Chateau La Mer II Clubhouse and Pool are located at the center of the resort. There, guests may swim, sun, or just lounge with a book under the shade of an umbrella at one of the poolside tables. Adjacent is a children’s play area and gazebo, as well as picnic tables and charcoal grills for barbecues. Tennis courts and a basketball play area are a short walk away. The Clubhouse offers free WiFi Internet access for those wanting to stay connected.
For many, the beautiful white sands of the Gulf Coast beaches are the main attraction. The resort has an AWESOME private beach with gated access at Beach Road, just a short walk down the Chateau La Mer II drive. During the day, resort guests who prefer to drive can leave their cars in the Captain Dave’s Restaurant parking lot, right across Beach Road from the private access gate (parking pass provided with paid rental).
